Privacy

What data we collect

• Your email and your name, to send you the sample, your order and your photos.
• The selfies you upload (between 2 and 6) and the style you choose.
• The photos we create for you: the free sample and the 10 photos from your photoshoot.
• The payment details Stripe or Hotmart share with us (amount, currency, country and payment status). We never see or store your full card details.
• A hash of your IP address to limit abuse (we don't store your IP in plain text) and technical browser data to measure the site, only in line with your cookie preferences.

What we use your selfies for

Only to create your photos. Your selfies are used as a reference to generate the sample photo and, if you buy, the 10 photos from your photoshoot. They are not published, not shown to anyone else and not indexed by search engines, and we don't use them to train artificial intelligence models or for any other purpose.

Before accepting each selfie, we automatically check that only one face is visible, so your photos turn out well. This check does not identify the person or create biometric profiles.

Only your photos, and adults only

The service is only for people over 18. By uploading selfies, you confirm that you are an adult and that the photos are of you, or that the person shown, also an adult, has given you their consent. Do not upload photos of minors or of other people without their permission. If we detect such use, we delete the photos and cancel the order.

Where they are stored and when they are deleted

Your selfies and your photos are stored in private storage (Vercel Blob), with random identifiers. Your gallery only opens with the private link we send you by email.

• If you buy: your selfies and your photos are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. Download your photos before that deadline.
• If you don't buy: the selfies and the sample photo from an unpaid photoshoot are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing hola@fotoestudioia.com.

Order data (email, amount, date) is kept for as long as necessary to handle refunds and meet accounting and tax obligations.

Who processes your data

We work with these providers, only to provide the service:

• Higgsfield: the artificial intelligence that creates your photos from your selfies.
• Anthropic: the automatic check that each selfie shows a face.
• Vercel: site hosting and private storage of selfies and photos.
• Neon: order database.
• Resend: email delivery.
• Stripe and Hotmart: payment processing.
• Meta (Pixel and Conversions API), Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads: advertising measurement, according to your cookie preferences (see Cookies). They never receive your selfies or your photos.

Some of these providers are located outside your country or the European Economic Area; transfers are made with the safeguards each one provides.

Legal basis

We use your data to fulfill the order you place with us (creating and delivering your photos) and, for advertising measurement, based on your consent or our legitimate interest depending on your country, always respecting your choice in the cookie notice.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by emailing hola@fotoestudioia.com. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
