If you're not happy with your photos, we refund the full amount. You have 30 calendar days from payment to request it, without having to give any explanation.

How to request it

Email hola@fotoestudioia.com from the email address you paid with (or tell us that address) and include the link to your gallery or your order. We confirm the refund by email.

How the refund is made

The refund is made through the same payment method you used (Stripe or Hotmart). Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a few days to show up. If Hotmart converted the amount to your currency, the refund is made at its own exchange rate.

If you'd also like us to delete your selfies and your photos at that time (without waiting for the automatic deletion), tell us in the same email. No fine print.
