These terms govern the use of fotoestudioia.com (Foto Estudio IA), a service of AppsGuru LLC. By creating a photoshoot, you accept these terms.

What you get

A photoshoot of 10 high-resolution studio photos (JPG), in the style you choose, created with artificial intelligence from the selfies you upload. The photos have no watermark. You view them in your private gallery, where you can download them one by one or all together in a ZIP, and we let you know by email when they're ready.

Before paying, you can see a free sample photo, in low resolution and with a watermark, to check the style with your face.

Timeline

The photos are created after the payment is confirmed and are usually ready in a few minutes. If a technical problem makes them take longer, we let you know by email; the maximum time is 24 hours.

Requirements and permitted use

• You must be over 18.
• You may only upload photos of yourself or of another adult who has given you their consent. Uploading photos of minors is prohibited.
• You may not use the service to impersonate another person, to create sexual, offensive or misleading content, or for any illegal purpose.

If you breach these terms, we may cancel the order and delete the photos.

About the result

The photos are generated with AI: they aim to preserve your features, but they are not real photographs, and the likeness, clothing, backgrounds and details may vary from one photo to another. That is part of the product. If you're not happy with the result, the money-back guarantee applies.

Use of your photos

The photos are for you: you can use them however you like for your own personal and professional purposes (social media, LinkedIn, your résumé, your website or to print them). We claim no rights over them and we don't use them to promote the service without your permission.

Retention

Your gallery is available for 30 days after delivery. After that period, your selfies and your photos are automatically deleted, so download them before then. More details in the privacy policy.

Price and payment

The price is shown in your country's currency before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by Hotmart (other payment methods); depending on the method, your bank or Hotmart may convert the amount to your currency.

Guarantee and right of withdrawal

You have 30 calendar days from payment to request a full refund if you're not happy with the photos (see Money-back guarantee).

The photos are personalized digital content whose creation begins as soon as the payment is confirmed. By proceeding to payment, you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that, once the photos are delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. The 30-day money-back guarantee remains the same.
